This is the full text placed on the back to the Dream Theater ticket flyer for the Sofia concert:

CAUTION
  1. Easily flammable items, glass bottles, any kind of weapons and other dangerous to people's health items are strictly forbidden and would not be allowed inside the venue. The Promoter will not take any responsibility concerning the safekeeping of such items.
  2. It is strictly forbidden to enter the venue with audio and video recording devices, photo and video cameras, flashlights and laser beams. Any recording or video shooting conducted during the concert, without the approval of Artist representative will be considered illegal and will be confiscated and wrongdoer will be persecuted by law officials.
  3. The sale of any unofficial Merchandise, CD, MC and video tapes in near proximity to the venue is strictly forbidden. Any such items will be confiscated and the wrongdoers will be persecuted by law officials.
  4. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to enter the venue.
  5. Please be so kind to purchase tickets from box offices mentioned on the poster, due to the fact that such tickets are valid only bound with this ticket flyer, which is for single use only. People caught selling forged tickets will be arrested by police.
  6. 6. Please be so kind to contact PRIMA Agency representatives concerning all kind of information about the concert.

Official announcement on behalf of PRIMA Agency concerning the future DT concert in Sofia.

Hello,

It is already well-known among most of you, that Dream Theater will be visiting Sofia, Bulgaria for a concert on July 3rd 2002, promoted by PRIMA Agency plc. Most of you have been informed for such an event by Dream Theater's official web site, where the exact date and venue were posted several days prior to PRIMA Agency's official announcement. Negotiations for a Dream Theater concert in Sofia, which would be part of their European tour started back in October 2001, and finalized at the beginning of this year.

Having the idea to inform you with up to date details concerning the upcoming concert and ticket sales, we would like to state that ticket sales begin on April 30th 2002 at The National Palace of Culture Box Office and the ticket prices are as follows - 10 lv. (standing audience), 20 lv., 35 lv. and 50 lv. (front row seats). Online tickets sales will be conducted after the Easter Holidays. Exact web address of the online ticket sales will be posted on this web site as soon as the service is available.

In the meantime we will do everything possible to give you fans up to date information on this site concerning future interviews with Dream Theater which would be broadcast On Air at local radio stations, and such which will be published in the local press.

According to preliminary information Dream Theater will arrive in Sofia on July 2nd from Athens, Greece and will leave our capital on July 4th on their way to their next show in Bucharest, Romania.
